Brocklehurst Middle School– Teaching Practicum                                                                                           February- April  2019

• Taught three blocks of Science 8, two blocks of Science 9 and one block of Food Sustainability 8/9 over a nine-week period
• Integrated into the school community by assisting students in running the salad bar at lunches on Wednesday and Thursday
• Designed and delivered lesson plans guided by inquiry and hands on learning, many of which were adopted by the classroom teacher, to engage and accommodate all students of diverse needs and backgrounds

South Kamloops Secondary School– Teaching Practicum                                                                                          October 2018

• Taught two blocks of Science 10, for a total of six lessons over a two-week period
• Was asked by teacher mentor to teach an additional four lessons on top of the two required to complete the acid and base chemistry unit
